Can I undo an executed workspace item?

If you've processed a workspace item (moved it to outsourcing, for example), you cannot undo the action. You can manually adjust the number of days in procedure, however. Set the DIP two procedure steps back and then revert the number to the original procedure step. Collections will recognize the step as one that has yet to be executed.
