Fix report download errors in Collections

Q. I'm trying to download a dynamic report but I'm receiving a "gateway timeout" error.

A. The report you're trying to download is too large. When an operation on the backend server takes longer than the proxy (gateway) server expects, the operation times out. Try downloading the report in CSV rather than XLSX format. If this doesn't work (i.e., you're able to download a file but the file is empty), use complex filters to narrow the scope of the report and reduce the size of the export.
