Use the company signature instead of a user signature
It can be helpful to use a company signature instead of your user signature when you collect on behalf of debtors from different companies.
Instructions
- Select Settings > Users.
- Select a user.
- In the Message signature field, enter this replaceable tag: **constituent-signature**
- Select Save.
