Can I change the export/import times in Collections?

The synchronization schedule is defined during implementation, so you can't manually change export/import times except when altering or expanding the 'scheduled task' on the server.* Open a Support case if you want to change export/import times.

• Schedule at least one hour between the last import and the start of the next export.

• Schedule at least three synchronizations a day. You can schedule more if you wish.

• *If you use Exact Online, you can perform a manual synchronization by selecting Settings > Start synchronization.
