Can I send reminders to contacts via postal mail?
Yes, you can send the primary contact (rather than the client) a reminder via mail.
Instructions

In Collections, go to the relevant client record.

Select Edit data from the left menu.

Select Add a new contact (or edit an existing contact)

Select Primary contact.

Select Own address.
-
Enter the contact's address.

Select Save.
