Can I send reminders to contacts via postal mail?

Yes, you can send the primary contact (rather than the client) a reminder via mail.

Instructions

  1. In Collections, go to the relevant client record.

  2. Select Edit data from the left menu.

  3. Select Add a new contact (or edit an existing contact)

  4. Select Primary contact.

  5. Select Own address.

  6. Enter the contact's address.

  7. Select Save.
