Add new entities to Collections

To add a new entity, open a Support case and submit the following information:

  • Company name

  • Address

  • Zip code

  • City

  • Country

  • Company registration number

  • IBAN

  • Import path*

A member of the Support team will contact you to discuss next steps and provide a timeframe for completion.

* Name of the XML file used to import data from your accountancy platform. This should be a fixed name.
