Move clients to a manual procedure
Use manual procedures to create special follow-up tasks for accounts that fall outside the parameters of automatic procedures. With manual procedures, you decide when and how to engage the account contact.
Note: The Days in Procedure (DIP) metric is frozen while accounts are in a manual procedure.
Steps
- Select Accounts and then find the relevant account.
- On the account record, select Manual procedure.
- Select an action: telephone, reminder, warning, or in-outsourcing.
- If sending a reminder, use the dropdown to select a message template.
- If sending a warning, use the dropdown to select a procedure.
- Select a date for the action’s execution.
- Enter a brief description of the reason for the action.
- Select Save.
Manual procedure actions now appear on collectors’ Worksheet lists.
Track Accounts in Manual Procedures
To view all accounts in a manual procedure, find the Tracking lists module on the Worksheet and select View and/or assign manual workspace items. Revise planned actions by selecting Edit. Select Delete → OK to cancel the manual procedure.
Remove Accounts from Manual Procedures
To immediately end a manual procedure, select Remove from manual procedure on the account record.
If no action is taken:
- If you take no action, the account returns to an automatic procedure after 30 days.
- If you performed a manual action but did not assign a new one, the account returns to an automatic procedure after 7 days.
