Troubleshooting Cash App system messages

The following messages can appear along the top of pages. They may be color coded:

  • Green: Action was successful
  • Yellow: Warning
  • Red: Action required

Correlation Review The item you are trying to select is already staged to another item. Please Reset, Save or Submit the Staging Area to continue User attempted to stage a payment or remittance when it already possessed a temporary correlation ID
Correlation Review Your attempt was unsuccessful. Please select the Stage button again User attempted to stage a payment and the service call failed
Correlation Review Your attempt was unsuccessful. Please select the Remove All button again User attempted to remove all items from the staging area and clear the temporary correlation, and the service call failed
Correlation Review Your attempt was unsuccessful. Please select the Stage button again User attempted to stage a payment or remittance, and the service call failed
Correlation Review Your attempt was unsuccessful. Please delete multiple again User attempted to delete one or more remittances and could not because one or more were no longer available This also occurs on single remittance deletes.

Correlation Review The date you have selected is not valid because it is in the future. Please select a new date The To value is ahead of the From value
Correlation Review The date range you selected is not valid because the initial date is in the future of the following date. Please select a new Date Range. Using the date filtering and typing in a date in the future
Correlation Review Your attempt was unsuccessful. Please select the Restore button again User attempted to restore a deleted payment or remittance and the service call failed
Correlation Review Your attempt was unsuccessful. Please select the Submit button again User attempted to submit a correlation and the service call failed
Correlation Review Your attempt was unsuccessful. Please select the Save and Clear button again User attempted to save and clear all items from the staging area and unlock those items, and the service call failed

Match Assist, Match Review, Match Validate

Cannot apply template User attempted to apply a template and failed Something happened during data extraction or database parsing
Match Assist, Match Review, Match Validate Unable to save envelope The server could not save the envelope the user was trying to route or add a note

Match Assist, Match Review, Match Validate Must provide a message User attempted to add a line item note for an unknown reason and with no characters in it
Match Assist, Match Review, Match Validate Must provide a message User attempted to add an assist note that had no characters in it
Match Assist, Match Review, Match Validate Your request could not be saved User must verify then re-submit the envelope.
MICR Review Parse Status Messages from the banking engine These status messages are from the banking engine. When data parsing fails, they are turned into action item messages. If parsing succeeds, they become warnings
MICR Review Unable to save envelope The server could not save the envelope while trying to route it
Search Batch Date: "To" and "From" must be valid dates One or both of the Batch Dates are invalid
Search Batch Date: "To" must be greater than or equal to "From" The To date that was entered is earlier than the From date
Search Search failed with an unknown exception The application fault returned from the server cannot be parsed from the JSON (JavaScript Object Notation) properly
Search Check Amount: "Max" must be greater than or equal to "Min" The Max Amount entered is less than or equal to the Min Amount
Search Search results return more than {0} items - please constrain your search Cash App returns more than the configured amount of records
Search Failed to load images for the Image Navigator Cash App could not find any pages for the envelope
Search A note is required to move an envelope; Envelope with ID = {0} cannot be found; Envelope with ID = {0} is not currently in queue {1}; Queue {0} is not a valid destination queue; Source and destination queues are the same Server could not return queues, save unlocked information, or move information
Search The message of the exception that occurs when the action is attempted Cash App Connect could not add a note
Search Envelope with ID = {0} cannot be found An application fault is returned when Cash App Connect tries to display data details
Work queue You must enter a note before saving User tried to submit a note that was less than two characters long.
Work queue Save failed The server did not return a success message after a save was attempted.
Work queue Failed to load context The server did not return the data needed to display the queue properly
Work queue The information could not be retrieved. Please return to the Worklist screen User needs to select a work queue from the list on the Cash App Home page
Work queue Failed to load images for the Image Navigator Cash App could not find any pages for the envelope
