How long does it take for the Data Reconstruction queue to process?

Envelopes in the Data Reconstruction (DR) queue can take longer to process when they involve higher amounts. High-amount envelopes typically have more line items, which requires DR to match each line, increasing processing time. High-amount or complex envelopes may remain in DR for more than an hour while line-level matching completes.

Monitor the envelope status. If the envelope shows no progress updates for a prolonged period or appears stuck, contact Support with the envelope ID and job details.
