Assign roles to users

Manage Billtrust users from a single location rather than handling user permissions separately for each product.

Instructions

1. In the Billtrust platform, select Settings > Users.

2. Select each user that needs a role assignment.

3. Select Assign Roles.

4. Set the user access type:

   • All Access allows access across applications.

   • Role Based allows partial access based on assigned application roles. Learn more 

5. Select Save.

You can also assign roles on the Edit User page.
