SPDC Basics

Supplier Payments (SPDC): This is a Billtrust web portal that our customers access who have a Billtrust MID (in other words, who use Billtrust as their PayFac) OR who use BPN Solutions. For customers who have a BT MID, they can use SPDC to view and manage their payments and process refunds. For customers who use BPN Solutions, they can use SPDC to manage their BPN exceptions.

• Payments (B&P) customers will see a Batch Report tab in SPDC.

• BPN customers will see the Payments, Exceptions, & Archived tabs in SPDC.

User Management

User permissions are managed through Roles. Create Roles first so that when you create a user, you can assign them to a Role. Learn more about assigning roles to users.

Payments (B&P) functionality in SPDC

SPDC Payments (B&P) functions are available only for customers who use Billtrust as their Credit Card Payment Facilitator (PayFac, MSP).

• Credit Card payment batches are viewable at SPDC for customers who use Billtrust as their Credit Card Payment Facilitator (PayFac).

• Credit Card Refund functionality is available for customers who use Billtrust as their Credit Card Payment Facilitator (PayFac). These customers can complete refunds as a self service feature in SupplierPayments.com (SPDC).
