How do I stop or delete a batch job?
If you want to stop a batch job from processing, create a case in our Support Portal. Please provide the job ID in your request. Support will always confirm the job’s status and let you know what is feasible.
Whether a batch job can be deleted depends on its current production status.
-
Uploaded or staged jobs (not yet queued for print or processing): These can typically be removed.
-
Queued or in-process jobs (processing has started but printing has not yet completed): Support will attempt to stop the job, but success depends on the timing and system state. For urgent cases, call immediately.
-
Printed jobs: Once invoices or materials have been printed, the job or batch cannot be stopped or deleted.
-
Mailed/distributed jobs: If materials have already been dispatched or delivered, reversal is not possible. Because timing is critical, call in a stop-request as soon as you discover an issue.
