How do I stop a bill from mailing?

If your account has Job Approval turned on, run the Job Approval Report. Select the job and click View & Pull These Documents.

Documents that you pull will be processed and stored in Client Connect but will not be sent to your customer. If the job has started processing and Job Approval is not turned on Billtrust will not be able to stop the bill from being sent out.
