How do Insert 360s differ from physical inserts?

Print in the same way that your bills are printed.
The Billtrust system prints Insert360s right along with the bills, and inserts them into the envelopes, as if they were a final page(s) of the bills themselves. They are NOT SEPARATELY inserted into the envelopes with the bills. This is why they follow the same print settings as your bills.
Most Billtrust customers' bills print in Black & White.
- If your bills are printed in Color, your Insert360s can be set up in color.
Printed Insert360s must be 8.5"x11"
Email, Ebill & Fax are always set up as Insert360s.

Physical Inserts are created separately from your bills. They ARE SEPARATELY inserted into the envelopes with the bills.

Physical Inserts can be printed on your side and shipped directly to a Billtrust Print Facility to be inserted into the envelopes with your bills.
These inserts can be 8.5"x11 or 1/3 sheet (buckslip).
Physical Inserts can be printed by Billtrust. You would request a Billtrust Printed Physical Insert rather than Insert360 IF you would like any of the following options:
- Insert printed in Color (if you do not already print your bills in color).
- Insert printed in duplex - both sides of the page (if you do not already print your bills in duplex)
- Insert size 1/3 sheet (buckslip).
- Insert printed on colored paper.
