Does SmartTrak capture document scans that originate outside the United States?

Billtrust receives document scans from the United States Postal Service (USPS), letting us know where a document is at a certain time. These scans can be populated in the SmartTrak of Client Connect. However, we do not receive/capture scans of any document that is delivered outside of the United States.
