Create dispute case reports
Create reports about disputes using data from the Cases app. Case reports use the same dynamic report builder as other Collections reports - select Cases as the data type to access dispute-specific fields.
Steps
- In Collections, select Reports from the navigation header.
- Select New report.
- Select Cases as the data type.
- Follow the procedure for creating dynamic reports. See Create Dynamic Reports for full instructions.
