How to fix a declined payment/AVS mismatch
Did you receive the following error message? "Payment Failure: Payment Declined - The authorization request was approved by the issuing bank but declined by CyberSource because it did not pass the Address Verification Service (AVS) check." This means the address entered in the payment account does not match what the card issuer has on file.
To fix the error:

Check the payment-account information line by line

Delete and recreate the payment account

Ask your customer to call their card issuer and check the address on file
