When are automatic payments executed?

Customers can schedule automatic payments on any day of the month or on any number of days from the start to the end of the month. This is a global setting that will be applied to all customers who have set up automatic payments and whose total due does not exceed the threshold amount. If you would like to check or change what day your automatic payments are scheduled for, please submit a case to Client Services.

Important considerations

• ACH auto-payments are scheduled for banking days. If the autopay rule lands on a non-banking day (weekend or holiday), the auto-payment will be processed the next banking date.
• Credit card auto-payments are scheduled on the actual day of the autopay rule, whether the day is a weekend or holiday. The payment will be processed by Billtrust at 11:00 pm on the scheduled date.
