How do I fix a “403 Permission Forbidden” error?
Users encounter this error when they lack a role and/or group (division). To correct the error:

Go to Settings > Users.

Select Filters, then search for the user by name or email address.

Select Edit User, represented by a pencil icon.

Under Application Role Settings, assign roles and permissions on an app-by-app basis.

Select Save.
Next, check if “Group” is assigned to the User.

Go to Settings > System > Credit > More Settings.

In the Groups pane, select Assign Users to Groups.

Select the user and then select Edit.

Select the checkbox of each applicable group and/or division.

Select Done.
Note: For changes to take effect, users must log out and log back in or refresh their sessions.
