eAdoption Reports

eAdoption dashboard	The eAdoption Dashboard contains a snapshot of your eAdoption performance. eAdoption is calculated by taking the total number of invoices sent electronically (email, fax, ebill, etc.) and dividing by the total number of invoices sent. EDI invoices or other documents that are not sent to Billtrust are not included.
eAdoption chart	Chart of electronic adoption across all bill delivery channels (paper, email, fax, ebill). Only those channels that are actually in use will be displayed.
Top paper customers	List of your top paper billing customers based on number of invoices and statements. This is a good target list to focus your e-Adoption efforts on.
Top paper customers by account number	List of your top paper billing customers with Account Numbers. Please note that if you have customers that get billed to multiple account numbers this will show each of these account numbers as separate entries.
Branch electronic report	If you invoice by branch, this report will break down activity by branch and further by type of bill so you can determine how efficient each branch is.
Easy Import usage	This report provides a list of clients who have enabled Easy Import for their email bills and the accounting package they are using.
