FAQs
Q. Where is my job activity report?
A. Your Job Activity Report will be emailed automatically once the job has completed. You can also generate one for yourself in Client Connect. Use the Job Tracking Report in the Reporting tab. Click details to the right of the job that you are interested then scroll to the bottom of the page and click View Job Activity Report.
Q. I don't see my file or job in the job tracking report.
A. When you upload a file there is approximately a 15-minute window before the file will be picked up for processing. Additionally, some customers may use a timed rule which prevents jobs from starting until a designated time. If your job doesn't process and appear in the Job Tracking report in Client Connect within the 15-minute window you can submit a ticket to Customer Support.
Please note that only a primary support contact may request changes to processing rules.
