Reset your password

Forget your password? You can reset it from the login screen.

Instructions

1. Select Forgot password?

2. Enter your email address.

3. Select Reset Password.

   A verification code is sent to your email address.

4. Enter the verification code and then select Verify Email Address.

5. Enter a new password.

Change your password in the platform

1. Select your name in the global navigation header and then select Profile.

2. Select More actions (⋮) in the Personal Settings panel.

3. Select Change Password.

4. Enter a new password that meets the required security specifications

5. Select Save.

Note: For security purposes, passwords automatically expire if users have not logged in for 365 days.
