Invoice Extract report: Fix document retrieval errors

The Invoice Extract report in Client Connect will generate an error (Document retrieval failed, error code 322) if one of the invoices in the list is a fabricated record. The error occurs when you select Click Here to View These PDFs. To resolve the error, the fabricated record must be removed from the list.
